NADCAP Accredited Anodizing

Milner’s Anodizing is the first Job Shop in Northern California to attain Nadcap* Accreditation for Aerospace Quality Systems and Chemical Processing. Every job done in our shop, including everyday commercial work, is processed to the same quality standard as our Aerospace and Defense work.

We provide Anodizing (both Type II and Hardcoat per MIL-A-8625) as well
as Chem-Film (per MIL-DTL-5541 and equivalents) and Passivation (per ASTM A967 Nitric 1 & 2 and equivalents). We also offer a number of other surface finishing services including complex custom masking for situations where a part requires multiple finishes. See our List of Capabilities

Milner’s Testing and Quality Control

We test our processes on a continuing basis with full in-house Lab capabilities: (Chemistry, Spectrophotometry, Salt Spray, Coatings Weight, Taber etc). Independent Laboratory analysis is performed periodically to verify our internal results. Milner’s Anodizing is totally dedicated to providing the highest possible product quality, fast turnaround and competitive pricing.

After more than 25 years in business and with over 500 customers, Milner’s is now involved in virtually every manufacturing activity taking place in Northern California and the Western United States.
